Advanced Support is designed for clients who require more direct and immediate assistance. In addition to the ticket system, this plan allows contact with our technical team via live chat, WhatsApp, Telegram, and Discord. During Spanish business hours, we are committed to providing an initial response within approximately 15 minutes.
An additional benefit of Advanced Support is that it includes availability during weekends and public holidays. During these periods, support remains active, although occasional delays may occur due to availability, without affecting the overall quality of the service.
