Earlier this morning, we experienced a hardware issue with the motherboard on Node 1 in the Netherlands. This resulted in a few hours of downtime. As soon as the problem was identified, our team worked quickly to replace the faulty component, minimizing the disruption.
We sincerely apologize for this incident, especially as we have maintained nearly one year of uninterrupted service in the Netherlands. To compensate for the inconvenience, we have added an additional 5 extra days of membership to all affected servers.
