In order to improve service sustainability, adapt our offerings to current needs, and maintain a high level of quality, we inform all clients that effective immediately, several changes have been applied to our bandwidth policy, pricing, plan naming, and technical support conditions.

First, our plans have been renamed and adjusted. The plan previously known as Basic is now c1, with an updated price of €9.99, compared to the previous €4.99, and includes a 5 TB bandwidth limit. The Essential plan is now c2, with an updated price of €14.99, and includes 10 TB of bandwidth. The Optimal plan has been discontinued and is no longer available for new subscriptions. The Advanced plan is now referred to as c4 and includes 15 TB of bandwidth. Higher-tier plans are now defined as Professional (c8), Expert (c12), and Enterprise (c16).

The c8, c12, and c16 plans continue to include unlimited bandwidth, with no changes in this regard.

Regarding technical support, from this update onward, plans c1, c2, and c4 include Basic Support, which is handled exclusively through the ticket system. Plans c8, c12, and c16 include Advanced Support. As a result of this change, technical support via Discord, WhatsApp, and Live Chat is no longer available for plans with Basic Support. These communication channels are now reserved exclusively for plans with Advanced Support.

With respect to existing subscriptions, clients who subscribed prior to this update and maintain an active subscription without interruption will retain their previous pricing. However, the new bandwidth limits apply to all plans, regardless of the subscription date, with the sole exception of plans c8, c12, and c16, which remain unlimited.
